Burning River 100 Mile Endurance Race Announces 2, 4, and 8 Person Relay & Charity Partner Program
We would like to announce an exciting new opportunity for the running community!
Gather your friends, coworkers, or family together. Form 2, 4, or 8 person teams and run a point-to-point nationally recognized 100 mile course showcasing the amazing trails and park systems between Cleveland and Akron, Ohio.
The Burning River 100 welcomes everyone from the most competitive ultrarunners capable of running 100 miles in less than 15 hours to the community of runners looking to form a team and enjoy the challenge of completing the scenic and diverse course.
We have also added a peer-to-peer fundraising option in support of the Conservancy’s TRAILS FOREVER endowment fund and Cleveland Metroparks’s Trails United Program. Runners who register for the program will receive a waived registration fee and a reserved spot in the race, as well as other gifts and prizes for top fundraisers. We encourage the running community to join us, participate, and support our parks! You can sign up for the fundraising option during race registration.
The Burning River 100 Mile Endurance Run is in its eighth year, a qualifier for Western States 100, and is the third leg of the Midwest Grand Slam of Ultrarunning.
