Dirty Love 10k

Q – What is Dirty Love all about?
A– Dirty Love 10k is the second event in the 2016 Dirty Trail Series. It takes place on the trails of North Chagrin Reservation in the Cleveland Metroparks. This high energy, exciting race is a favorite February tradition for many local runners and it fills up fast!
Tip – Join us for a free familiarization group run Sunday, January 31st.
Q – I like to run/walk, will I miss the cut off?
A – Nope! Runners of all paces and abilities are welcome to participate and there is no cut off time for the Dirty Trail races.
Tip – You can even bring your canine friends as long as they stay on leash.
Q – Do I have to join the series to participate?
A – No, but you’d be crazy not to! Participate in 6 or more Dirty events and you are automatically entered into the series. You’ll be eligible for series awards and score an invite to our catered end of the season party with raffle.

Q – I really don’t need another race t-shirt, what is the swag for Dirty Love?
A – The Dirty Trail Series has you covered with a variety of creative swag in addition to shirts! You will receive a 20 oz, high quality mug for Dirty Love in a new (top secret!!) color for 2016.
Tip – This year one race even has “Dirty Underwear“.
Q – It is February. Will the trails be cold/snowy/icy?
A – Maybe. It IS February.
Tip – Prepare for the weather by dressing in layers. Gloves and face coverings are easy to shed and stash in a pocket. We’ll include a weather forecast in the pre-race email to help you prepare. You’ll warm up quickly once you’re moving and we’ll have the heat cranked up in the shelter. Coffee and Hot Chocolate will also be provided post race.
Q – Will there be refreshments or a post-race party?
A – We’ll have the cheesy love songs on high volume while you help yourself to our hot chocolate bar and its many toppings. Heart shaped marshmallows, whipped cream, and sprinkles? Yes please!
Tip – Regular and vegan hot chocolate will be available.
