Escape from the hustle a

and bustle of the holiday season by donning the ugly sweater your Aunt Marge knitted for you last year and running Western Reserve Racing’s 4th annual Frosty 5 Mile or Mistletoe Mile Fun Run. Dress up, be merry, and support the Akron Canton Food Bank drive with a canned food item. The race is walker and stroller friendly and the Mistletoe Mile is perfect for the kids! Come on out and don’t be surprised if you see Santa and several reindeer in the race!

Crocker Park Resolution Run 5k

Friday, January 1, 11:00 a.m., Westlake

Make a resolution to be more healthy and active in 2016.

Welcome the New Year in your running shoes with a 5k through Crocker Park and the streets of Westlake.

No need to worry about the late night, you can still celebrate and sleep in – this race doesn’t start until 11:00!

Support the Greater Cleveland Food Bank on race day by bringing non-perishable food items to Crocker Park. Together we can ensure that everyone in our communities has the nutritious food they need every day!
