Looking for a fast trail course to try pushing your speed?  Trying to talk your friend into giving up roads for the weekend?  At just under 5 miles, Quick & Dirty is the right race for everyone!
*No four letter words were actually used during the making of this course or email.  This race is family friendly.

Quick & Dirty 8k
Chapin Forest, Lake Metroparks
The Quick & Dirty’s lollipop course is a fun mix of wide bridle trail, and rocky single-track.  If you slow down long enough, you may see Lake Erie and the Cleveland skyline 18 miles in the distance from the scenic overlook on Lucky Stone Loop.  Swag for this race is a CleenFreek fitness towel, perfect to keep in your gear bag or car for after those sweaty August runs.
Early registration for Quick & Dirty runs through August 10th.
