Traci Falbo is…here’s her story.
“If you ever see me at a race, ‘How bad do you want it?’ helps much more than ‘You can do it!.’”
One of the country’s premier ultra runners, Traci Falbo will run the Burning River 100 mile solo run on her quest to requalify for Western States. A mother and full-time pediatric physical therapist, Traci, who is 44 and lives in Indiana, has an impressively long list of running accolades. She is fresh off a national championship at the Mad City 100K this April, where she secured her place on Team USA at the 100K World Championships. In addition, she holds the American and world indoor track records in the 48-hour event (242.093 miles) and has won over twenty marathons. She completed the Grand Slam of Ultrarunning in 2013 and held the women’s American record for the 100 mile trail race from November of 2014 to February of 2015, running a 14:45:26 at Tunnel Hill.
